The hotel is great, water was not. They tired to clean the beach but water was horrible. Apparently it’s like that from May to November..No Bueno. They had plenty of pools to compensate for the beach area. Everything else at hotel is great.

Excellent service from the staff, excellent options for food in the buffet and walkable are to clubs, restaurants and stores. Although we had a problem in our room with water liking from the roof, but staff was able to change our room to a better one. Recommended!

Such an amazing trip. I haven’t felt this relaxed in so long. Amazing staff, amenities and atmosphere. This is a quieter, more calm resort so not the place to go if you want a party atmosphere. This is the place to go if you want a quiet, relaxing resort with an amazing gym and spa, beautiful beach, quiet pools and good food options. I cannot wait to return.

I really like this hotel. The food and drinks are great and the price of the hotel is great. I have always been accommodated in the past when asking for a certain room area I’d like. This time I didn’t get the room i asked for. I was traveling on my birthday and I have had my room decorated or a dessert left in my room. I didn’t receive anything this time.
