“Very Good ”

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“In all honesty, the resort in entirety made up a wonderful vacation. From the point of pick up from Lomas at the airport, to each staff interaction, to the unfortunate proceeding of the end of our trip. Each and everything about our stay was wonderfully executed. We are very big about food and this resort did not disappoint. There are so many options for everyone’s taste; from little snacks of tacos and nachos to full gourmet restaurants. The chefs did not disappoint, and the service and bar……

“I give five stars because the hotel is great . Very good location. You can easily walk around and get what you need . I like the most is the hotel stuffs . They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area . I can heard the music very loud in my bed . I couldn’t sleep well after a long day traveling. They help out to change another quiet room for me……

“I stayed here with my family. It’s perfect for families. It’s only one block away from Quinta Avenida (fifth Ave), yet it’s quiet and you don’t hear parties or karaoke music from outside. The location is great. It’s in a walking distance from everything you need to go when you’re in Playa del Carmen. (Restaurants, the beach, ADO bus station, Ferry dock and Walmart) the staff were very polite and helpful. Big thanks to the travel desk agent Cuba! He took a time and helped us plan our visit to……
