Weekend getaways in Laguna Beach

This hotel has a Cape Cod feel to it. Located on the cliffs of Dana Point and overlooking the harbor and ocean. Great service by all the staff and all were super friendly. They offer a wine, cheese, crackers in the afternoon and a fabulous buffet breakfast as well. All Complimentary. It is small quaint and quiet. A real gem on the coast. We are definitely going back!

Laguna Surf Lodge is a best kept secret! We loved the family feel and location on the beach!

Wonderful clean, cozy, safe, and great location in Laguna Beach! Walk to beach and town! Nothing fancy just comfortable sweet hotel with great guests. I’d highly recommend staying here for a warm laid back experience. I was traveling solo as an older woman and loved it!

Experience all around was a pleasant one. Breakfast was quite good.

Magical place. Water fountains, flowers, beautiful pool, room was beautiful. And super comfortable beds. Staff was wonderful! And breakfast was delicious!

Great little hotel conveniently located. Free trolly takes you to and from all the nearby coastal hotspots.....

I have to say, we stayed in the Villas our first time around with our dearest friends and then had the pleasure of staying in the Bungalow with a stunning view of ocean on the 2nd visit, a few days ago to celebrate our 18th anniversary. It was outstanding, your staff went above and beyond to make our one and only night, a night to remember. They helped us celebrate with such class, care, and exceeding our expectations at every turn. Beautiful location. A little busy though. There were two weddings and a huge baby shower the weekend we were there. We had a ground level suite with a patio and we felt like we were in a fishbowl because the events were right off of our patio. Most of the staff were phenomenal and exceptionally good at their jobs. A few of the staff were a little clueless and contradicted their exceptional colleagues. The food was really exceptional. Perhaps the best resort food I have ever experienced.

My wife and I made the short drive south from Huntington Beach to Laguna for a short staycation. We absolutely loved the Ranch. We did not feel like we were even in Orange County once on the property. It is a beautiful setting and the resort is awesome!

I love this location. It is so close to the beach, you cannot beat it! And you cannot beat the views! Cozy and convenient...hidden gem!

This is my go-to property for this area. The only thing that I wish is that they fix their elevator soon but other than that I love it. It sits right in the middle of a little shopping center which is so convenient to grab a quick bite to eat with a variety to choose from. Love the outside fireplace, the rooms are so clean & spacious, love that it has a mini fridge & microwave. Definitely would stay again

We had a very nice room, it was well air-conditioned, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was located very easily to the freeway for easy transit.

From start to finish, our stay was truly wonderful! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was so great, I just had to share. The location was perfect, the facilities were excellent, and everything—from the complimentary parking and delicious breakfast to the spotless rooms—exceeded expectations. I went back and forth between a few options, and I’m so glad I chose Capri Laguna. Thank you for the warm hospitality—I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing

Five stars and the best facility in the Laguna area by far. Makes all the other hotels i.e. Montage, Ritz Carlton and Pelican seem like relics from 2000. The service has now caught its stride and its almost nearly as perfect as the Four Seasons Wailea or the Mayfair on Stratton in London.
