It is a lovely place. My room was small but nicely appointed and comfortable. I had a wonderful massage. It wasn’t too crowded and the other guests I came across were all polite and friendly. There were also a few dog guests around (which is a plus for me!) The food was mediocre. Also, the traffic noise was very noticeable since it’s situated right on PCH. They had nice music playing outside which helped somewhat. Overall, a pleasant stay and I’ll be back!

We liked the property - a historic building with a lot of character, lush garden, a good restaurant (although small and limited options, for a short rep is excellent). The location was very convenient for the areas we wanted to go. We were upgraded to a suite which was great!

Staff at this property is excellent. They go above and beyond and they really are the ones that make this property great. Other than that the rooms have no fridge or safe, air conditioner is very loud and makes it harder to sleep. Parking was free which is hard to find in the area and the breakfast was free. Pool is nice, property itself is very pretty and charming. I recommend if you are going to stay more than two days get the ocean view. Free shuttle right outside the door takes you downtown. The young man with blond hair at the front desk works passion and gives first ckass treatment.
