Hotel was decent. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke when we entered as did the Pub 76 Kitchen and Bar. (Kept looking around to see if someone was smoking at their table) The food was gross. We ordered the Thai Chicken Bites and it was basically one chicken finger cut into little pieces with a little sweet chili sauce on it. There was a few little diced pieces of cucumber on side. It looked like someone's leftovers from another table. The air/heat system in the room is random. One night it is ice cold in our room and the next almost 30 degrees even though we had it set at 18 degrees and it wouldn't change. The breakfast in morning was pretty good, better than other hotels that serve free breakfast. We didn't use the pool, weight room, or any other amenities.

The staff were very helpful, good breakfast the hotel is showing its age, linens were clean but are due for replacement. Excellent location for restaurants. Neighbour is kind of eclectic. Parking is 2 blocks away and it is a very busy street, when you are checking in during the weekday proceed to the parkade same side of street past 2 lights, you can park there temporarily until you are checked in. I would suggest that this information be sent with the hotel’s welcome e-mail.

Everything was perfect and the people are so nice great place
