It was okay. Happy or sad is hard to say when you’ve flown on various Asian airlines and the staff seems genuinely happy. There’s nothing to complain about but it certainly makes a difference. And it’s not likely their fault, more to do with how the company makes them feel valued, how many breaks they get, and to some extent, the way customer service training is conducted.
