DELAYED ON FLT 5727 OUT OF DFW FOUR TIMES
It was unforgivable that the airline ran out of immigration/customs declarations, and that we had to take the time to fill them out as given us by the Mexican government! AA has become a second-rate airline. D. Coxwell
Help with the handicapped is superb
Good flight timely. The staff in CIOS were very friendly and proficient checking everyone in s very timely manner
Thanks for help finding connecting flight gate.
The seat on my plane was dirty and I had to wipe it down
Perfect on-time flight
Need more seat room and make sure long flights have updated planes with tv
I don’t like the way you can’t check in on line when ordering from Expedia because of the type of ticket ordered. Makes you feel like a second class citizen. Specially when AA sends you an email saying you should check in on line and let’s you go through the whole process and at the end it tells you sorry you suck because you ordered what ever ticket came up on Expedia. Not a fan of that
