my 1st time using Easy Jet … but now I will use it more often.
Long connection time. Asian Airlines provide hotel accommodations for long connection time
One of the best overseas flights I’ve taken
Best service on a long flight!
Very small seats.
This flight is good value for money, on time and modern planes, only drawback is long check-in lines
It took sometime but everything went well. Th estaff at the airport and on board was nice and helpful, the staff at check in at the airport made us wait in two different lines and we were worried we might miss the flight but it all went well eventually. I must add that I admire the pilot for his smooth landing!
I wouldn't book a flight with only a 50 minute connection time from Rome to Amsterdam again. (continuing to USA) you have to go through 2 separate passport/document lines and they were both very long. We never had time to use the bathroom despite having to go very bad, and practically jogged through the airport from line to line. We actually full on jogged once we received our gate assignment, and made it with a minute to spare before the airplane doors closed at 9:50. Everyone was nice and allowed us to use the airplane bathroom before take off....but too stressful!
I wish they would give free coke and water
Ground staff for quick connection in Rome were amazingly hellpful.
