Unfortunately the in-flight entertainment system was broken in my FIRST CLASS seat (1F) The power outlet for recharging my phone was also defective. Both of the stewards who were dealing with the first class were excellent but were unable to fix the monitor. One of the stewards lent me his OWN charger during the flight. All in all great staff but disappointing service for first class. I’m taking 9 flights this month and first class usually means just that; FIRST CLASS.
