A nice and comfortable flight.
The staff was so great! It was my daughters first flight and they made her experience excellent!
There was a blind passenger with a large service dog. No other passengers were willing to be in the row with the dog so my daughter and I offered to sit by her. The flight was just fine but at the end there was nobody to help her off the plane, to the baggage claim, find her bag and get her to the door she needed for ground transportation. We helped her with these steps but as we were waiting at baggage claim, i had to ask her what kind of bag she had. She thought it was black with 2 wheels, which pretty much describes 3/4 of all suitcases. All she had was claim ticket with her name and had we not been there, how would she have located her bag. I think Frontier sort of dropped the ball for this passenger. We were fine and happy to help, but she shouldn’t have had to ask for assistance.
I was unpleasantly surprised to receive my checked bag heavily damaged by the baggage system. Customer service was fabulous and I left with a similar size and quality replacement bag. Great recovery, United!
Unfortunately my flight was delayed, but everyone was super great about it.
I was not allowed to have a carry-on due to the type of the ticket I purchased. Maybe you should consider to remove such non-sense bc the half of the plane's space was empty anyway!
I don’t like that you can’t take a free carry on bag. That’s one reason why I’ll always research other carriers first.
