Flights from Chicago to Rome: Reviews from verified customers

I would recommend Alitalia over any other airline for an international flight. The staff are wonderful, the seats for economy class are the best out of any other airline in economy, the food was good for economy class. I would recommend Alitalia over any other airline for international travel especially if you are travelling economy. It's not hard to get great service if you are travelling in business or first or business class but Alitslia treats their economy passengers as they were first class. Greatest airline over others

I had never before had to pay baggage fees for international travel and was not expecting a charge, but I had to pay $60 one way.

It was really an AA flight. The incoming one had been cancelled, and I was put on Alitalia then. I didn't have goog expectations, so was very pleasantly surprised. Would fly AA again.
