Staff not too friendly and helpful. Food just OK.

Only issue was that upon check in we realized that we didn’t have confirm seats which is a common problem when using Expedia.. And they couldn’t get us 4 seats together which we really preferred since we were traveling with 2 children.
Staff was very attentive, courteous and helpful.
Singapore is a fantastic airline with fantastic service- if every airline could take example from them- people would be happy with domestic USA flight- because domestic and even international flights like United, Delta, and American are TERRIBLE- service is bad the food is bad and because American Airline company’s want to make more profit - the seats are too small and they charge the customer for EVERYTHING- I will NEVER FLY any American airliners anymore, even domestically, unless it is virgin.
1 checked in bag got damaged but was quickly replaced at LAX by the baggage desk.
Great staff! I don’t know how they work such long shifts without falling asleep. Thank you for your service during the 16 hr flight!
