Really excellent stay here, first time to this Hotel, 5th time to Madeira. I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel, one of the best I have ever stayed at! Staff are really nice, friendly, and cannot do enough for you. Rooms - Standard, all very ample, clean and tidy, ample room etc. I would pick a full sea view if possible. Food and Drinks, amazing, loads of choices. Lots to choose from! breakfast all very good, lunch excellent and dinner. Sports Bar and Snack area are amazing. Great location, checkin and reception staff all very good, again cannot do enough for you. Would 100% revisit this hotel with our family again! Also the come around at the pool and can get drinks for you - amazing, but I choice at some days to get it myself, exercise and all that :)

Wer Massentourismus, mit teilweise schweinischem Verhalten von Engländern sucht, ist in diesem Hotel richtig. Wer ganztags Animation sucht ist hier richtig. Negativ: -Zimmer nie richtig gereinigt -Zimmer riecht nach Schimmel -Mini Balkon mit Klimagerät -Lange Wartezeit an der Bar -Von Block A, 10 min. zum Essen,15 min zum Strand. -Am Strand keine Toilette, kein Service, 10 min zu Fuß ins Hotel. -Anlage veraltet - Alles mit Vogelkot verunreinigt Positiv: -Essen gut und abwechslungsreich für diese Massen -Personal freundlich -Kinderbetreuung gut

A estadia foi boa, mas não tem o conforto de um hotel 5 estrelas. Nosso quarto era super longe e não tinha ajuda com as malas. Manutenção não estava 100%, luzes queimadas, etc. A impressão pra quem visitou todo o Algarve é de que fica longe de tudo que interessa (Lagos, Albufeira). Inicialmente, nos colocaram em um quarto adaptado a pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade (sem chuveiro) e somente conseguiram alterar no dia seguinte. A estrutura é "burocrática", cartões pra tirar toalhas, piscina aquecida que somente pode ser usada com toca de banho, etc. A piscina é super boa e o café da manhã também.

The resort and amenities are gorgeous and amazing! The villa we had needed some work and was older. Restaurants were great and we loved our vacation!
