The place was spacious as we had the two bedrooms. The apartment had natural cooling, which was ok as it wasn’t as hot while we were there and cooled pretty good with the windows opened. The kitchen was okay stocked, but didn’t have a few essentials like oven mitts and dish towel or cloth. Place was equipped with soaps and a few pods for dishwasher and one for washing machine. It does take some time to dry, but we hung some clothes up and they dried overnight. We were able to access key cards into building and room okay. It did take some time to hear back on the luggage room code, the messenging system seems automated, but we finally got through. There was bad reception in the basement as well. Overall a good stay. Location was close to grocery store and a relatively short 10 minutes walk from the train station. Some music at night, but wasn’t bad on weekdays. Sundays are quiet. The view was nice and so is the roof top patio.

Onsite breakfast was delicious and incredibly convenient before heading into town for the day. Staff seemed unconcerned about checking in and did not tell us any relevant information without asking questions such as times and locations of where things were.

Lovely modern room, super clean and comfortable. Excellent bed and pillows. Nice big window that can be opened for some air. When closed, we couldn't hear anything from outside. Great shower with good pressure. Great location. Check in and room key is all done through an app which feels a bit unnecessary but was very manageable.

What I don't like the most is the breakfast. There are very limited breakfast options and it's a very small buffet - compared to other 5 star hotels nearby it's inferior. The first morning, I ordered boiled eggs, I waited for more than 30 mins or so, then checked with the staff. They responded eggs had to be cooked - clearly we don't need 30 mins for hard boiled eggs. It was brought out less than 10 mins after I checked in with them You could have just admitted the order was missed and apologised. Also staff didn't show me where I could get water on the first day. I checked in and got to my room before 5pm. Complimentary filtered water bottle was brought to my room after 8pm. I can't understand how this is helpful. This is an odd customer welcome journey - it's all about the right moment at the right time - wondering if the hotel wants guests to drink and pee at night and that's why they brought it to the room so late? The same thing happened the following day. The sauna had very loud music and poor quality speakers so it's not at all a relaxing time in the sauna. I requested the music be turned down or turned off but obviously no change was made. Overall this hotel falls short of my expectations and I don't recommend.

What a fabulous hotel - so unique and stylish, and Susie on reception was a delight and very helpful from the moment I arrived. I will return to Gothenburg just to revisit the hotel.

Nice to be out of the city and was relatively easy to get to. Very nice rooms and amenities

Koselig hytte, stuge for enkel overnatting. 30 minutter fra Gøteborg by og 15 minutter fra Allingsås. 2 minutter med bil til Nees slott og brygge. Bade og fiskemuligheter. Hadde et flott opphold. Kan anbefales. Det er ikke atskilte soverom men hems og sovesofa i stue.
