Great location, great staff, very helpful, had an initial issue with arrival, but management and staff went above and beyond to make the rest of the stay incredible. Highly recommend this hotel if you stay in Charlottetown.

We recently stayed at the Sydney for four nights while visiting PEI. Would highly recommend staying at this property for several reasons including friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room & common areas, and the breakfast each morning (particularly the PEI potatoes)! The location is a five minute walk to the park, pier, and downtown while being slightly out of the cruise ship traffic/congestion. Charlottetown is a great location to be able to bounce around the island while still having plentiful choices for restaurants. Looking forward to a return trip!

Very good location close to a range of restaurants within 5 mins walking. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and welcome drinks most evenings a bonus. Limited parking could be full in high season but parking available across the road.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’hôtel! Notre chambre, avec sa magnifique vue sur la baie, était très agréable. Les installations sont impeccablement propres, les lits très confortables et nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions dans la chambre, comme les serviettes de plage et les peignoirs pour se rendre au spa. Quelle bonne idée! Nous avons également eu le plaisir de manger au restaurant Le Fluke, où nous avons dégusté un repas exceptionnel préparé par le chef Greg Arsenault. Une expérience culinaire remarquable qui a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour mémorable. Nous repartons enchantés et espérons avoir l’occasion de revenir!

Large quiet, clean room with a comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly staff. We didn’t miss that there wasn’t a TV or bar fridge in the room as the wifi was strong. Very impressed it was pet friendly and there was no extra charge. Close to many restaurants too.

Beautiful scenic property, with views of the ocean from all rooms. Breakfast was decent, at least boiled eggs with the continental choices A little hard to find from the main road. Driving into property, dirt road with potholes. No restaurants close for dinner so plan ahead
