This was easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in recent memory. Both at check-in and departure, we did not even get a hello or thank you for your stay. At check-in our greeting was “can I see your id and credit card” and departure was “we will email your receipt.” Tired room, awful breakfast set up in some oversized ballroom, bellman non-existent. I can’t describe how rapidly we wanted to end our stay there. The hotel should rename itself “The Mansion Where Nobody Cares.” Awful.
