The locality,the staff,and the food were excellent. The only draw back was the room we were allocated. We were on the top floor, there's no lift and for a couple of 80+ year olds it was too difficult a position to access. They attempted to move us but being fully booked it couldn't be.
Lesson learnt always check thoroughly the amenities.

We emailed hotel and requested an accessible bathroom with shower due to husbands spinal surgery and was given an inaccessible bathroom. He could not get in the bathroom at all due to its small size. WE had to use communal shower in pool area.
Room was cleaned daily.
Reception staff and restaurant/bar staff were all fantastic.
Hotel location is great for beach views.

The location of this hotel is second to none. The sunsets are amazing.
This was our second visit and we noticed more housekeeping issues this time than last time. Having to ask for things instead of things just being done automatically. We also had an issue with a restaurant booking we had made at reception being cancelled which was inconvenient and shouldn't have happened. Overall our last visit was a 10/10 and this was an 8/10 for those reasons. Would probably still return for the location and views and food. Food was excellent, that hasn't changed.

The hotel looks lovely, but my room lacked the same character. It was also very cold in my room at night and I couldn’t sleep because of this. This was partly due to the window being left open before I arrived at 20:00 and the radiator not being on.
