It’s a really small hotel. It’s in a good area but amenities are pretty limited. It also has a very strong perfume smell in the rooms. If this bothers you stay away. The water pressure in the shower was also limited and we couldn’t get any hot water. The staff is really nice and they will help you get a cab.

The overall customer service was amazing. Perfect location steps away from the Spanish steps and public transportation. The manager is attentive and went above and beyond. Reception is 24/7 and are pleasant.
