First of all, if you’re going to be a resort you really can’t charge $28 dollars a night for a mini fridge the kind you see in dorm rooms. Most hotels have fridges, microwaves and coffee makers in the rooms. It seems like Mt Airy charges for everything. Late checkout for example. The person at the checkout counter was totally not helpful regarding that. We bought two robes With the my airy logo $75 and without $80. Weird. Room service menu underwhelming. Plus our first order was late wrong and not great. Breakfast was the only good meal for room service. Long wait for valet parking. Always understaffed. These things are not good enough for a resort and casino. We’ve been to enough places to compare. Sorry to complain.

I am never again going back they advertised water park pools and nothing was open, and the address provided was wrong.

We had the BEST time at Skytop. The facility and hotel is better than ever before. The outdoor pools/indoor pool were amazing, and the activities that were offered were spectacular!
