Great location, with a great restaurant on site. Rooms are clean with great bathrooms, but perhaps a bit on the small side. Rooftop pool was an unexpected treat to cool off from the beach days.

It’s a nice hotel. They have a solo music player in the evening. I’ll expect a higher quality breakfast from a 5 * hotel but all in all is a great hotel.

A little oasis on the edge of little bustling Italian town of Rapallo. The room with ocean and pool view was well turned out. Breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant. Handily it has a shuttle service into town. Concierge were great. Reccomend a good restaurant on the water front. They really stepped up helping to rearrange our journey when we came a cropper due to rail strikes.

Our stay was completely ruined by a persistent sewage smell in our room that lasted for our entire visit. The odor was so overwhelming that it was difficult to relax, sleep, or even spend time in the room. We were traveling with our children, and no family should have to endure those conditions while on vacation. We brought the issue to the hotel’s attention multiple times, hoping it would be resolved or that the hotel would make things right. Unfortunately, the smell never improved, and despite the significant impact it had on our stay, the hotel refused to offer any meaningful compensation or discount. We chose this hotel expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but instead we spent our vacation trying to avoid our own room. The lack of accountability and customer service after such a serious issue was incredibly disappointing. I cannot recommend this hotel. If you value cleanliness, comfort, and a hotel that stands behind its guests when things go wrong, I would look elsewhere.

Our check in was very disappointing. The room was very small so I request an upgrade which I was happy to pay for- the receptionist explained they had a room but it was being cleaned, for us to go enjoy lunch and come back to sort it out. On our return they had sold the room to someone else. Hotel location is nice, rooms tiny and old/ worn. Beach set up in also very small with sun loungers crammed together. the beach is lovely. Stay in a proper hotel and come use the beach!
