Impossible to get into restaurants or even have our names taken to wait. Room was not cleaned for a while 24 hours. Towels never replaced, and no sheets on two of the three beds upon arrival. "The property was extremely clean - particularly the rooms. The food was not great - even though there were quite a few options to choose from. There are several different restaurants but the best bet will always be the buffet. The Italian restaurant is hit or miss but it looks like if you reserve a table and get there earlier in the dinner service, the food and the service are both much better. Overall, I would return."
