We stayed here with my husband to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. Overall, our stay was very nice.
Our butler was wonderful! He was very kind, explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and was always helpful whenever we needed anything.
The excursions were enjoyable. We had the chance to visit a cave, go horseback riding, and ride buggies, which were all fun experiences.
Unfortunately, there were a few things we didn’t like. The beach was very smelly, and there was a lot of seaweed that wasn’t cleaned up. The food was okay, but not amazing. The restaurants were also average, although the hibachi restaurant was our favorite.
At night, there wasn’t much to do. There was live music and occasional concerts, but nothing very active or exciting.
The resort advertised 24/7 room service, but when we tried calling at night to order food or ask for something, no one ever answered the phone. That was very disappointing, especially since the service was supposed to be available 24/7.
Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and the experiences we had, but there are definitely a few areas where the resort could improve.
