Breakfast was great! Pools were awesome, rooms were nice enough (our air leaked fluid and no one came to fix), the grounds were beautiful. Staff could have been better but after being in Cartagena for over a week noticed that majority of staff everywhere were very slow, seemed like they don’t care, and just overall blah vibe
