I would say this resort has plenty of activities and amenities which is very convenient. Peaceful resort with a beautiful beach right in front of me. I wish the food selection and taste could be improved.

A very well appointed hotel to relax and explore Sabah, Borneo. The staff could not be more personable and attentive, which transformed our experience and made it very special for our break. The breakfast is plentiful and well arrayed, covering Asian and Western Cuisine. The pool side lunch is reasonable in offering, and while we did not opt for dinner, the choice of restaurants were ample for a 4 night stay. The garden wing room was well sized for a family, and the housekeeping staff have thought of all the needs for modern travel. The location is about a 45 minute drive from the airport and the main city, which did not affect our needs but some might find a bit remote. The adjoining rasa ria reserve was quite special and the choice of activities on offer is fantastic. The daytime entertainment at the poolside is really good. With fond memories, we would definitely comeback.

Great place to stay in Penang! Breakfast outstanding…

Very family friendly for young families, can be very busy around the pool, staff friendly sometime the service is a little slow, Breakfast the food could be a bit warmer but good variety. The hotel is very clean and well maintained our room was excellent

Rooms were large and staff accomodating and very helpful. It’s an old building ( not that you can tell from the outside) so maintenance is needed, ceilings, toilets, shower. Some older rooms can have stale stuffy smell. Cleaning can be hit and miss, but the staff will happily fix to try to help. Club lounge - I have been to a few and found this one to be just ok, breakfast was ok

Dated buildings that have not been updated or well cared for. Our room was large, but not particularly comfortable. Food was ok, but breakfast was quite chaotic at the main restaurant.

Great place to stay in Penang! Breakfast outstanding…

The property had a blackout at 4am which caused my family to awake and come down to lobby. The blackout lasted an hour and the apartment was stuffy.

Location wise is good, but room interior is old, swiming pool and gym is the same.

Excellent service and convenient location.
