We booked this last minute traveling through the keys on our way to Key West. It was a fantastic place to stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the property was beautiful. Highly recommend. I hope we can come back and stay longer next time.

The staff 1000%, cleaning 1000%

We stayed in the studio rooms, the Royal Palm Aire. The room was clean somewhat…the bathroom not so much but I brought Clorox wipes and wiped everything down. Lots of layers of paint and chains holding all of the furniture and lamps to the walls made this room feel cheap…though it wasn’t cheap to stay there. The concierge was rude…trying to correct us the next morning, when we were told to see her about wristbands, regarding our resort charges when she had nothing to do with room charges and clueless to what we paid….NOT her job. We traveled as a couple but could see this place was very family friendly. The kitchen was fully stocked AND there was even ice made and ready in the full sized fridge. Clean sheets and lots of towels is a plus. The TV, however was way across the room by the door so watching it while in bed was a tad difficult and not comfortable. It also would have been nice if the hand soap in the bathroom was not glued down to the counter so far from the sink.
