    "They forgot our complimentary wine for being a VIP for 2 of our rooms, you have to pay to workout (first time I’ve ever heard of that) and late checkout wasn’t an option for us which they said would be possible when we got there. They would also half clean the rooms and not give extra wash clothes - I’d have to call twice just to get some new wash clothes. Overall could have been better and wouldn’t come back here."
