荷属安的列斯适合儿童的假期

The Property was Beautiful but the Front desk Staff was not helpful. I stayed woth an 86 year old and a baby and the AC unit broke, it was Extremely hot and uncomfortable and the Staff refused to do anything about it. I asked to move to the empty room across the hall and they rejected it and said they have other guests coming in that day but I explained I understand but I have a young baby and an older mother staying with it it's terrible for theirs health and the Staff said sorry they can't move us. It was extremely uncomfortable and I had a horrible stay because my family was hot and could have passed out. The tub was sinking a lot too, every shower there was tons of water on the floor and the staff did nothing to make our stay more comfortable or offer any assistance. I would not ever stay there again.

Ocean view on one side, and beautiful little beach on the other side. Very quiet place. Peaceful and nice

En la villa había bastantes cucarachas. En apenas 2 noches salieron 4, Una de ellas dentro de la mosquitera de la cama. El televisor es muy antiguo e imposible ver Netflix o Youtube por su antigüedad (importante si viajas con niños). Se nota que la villa ha sido algo reformada pero muchas cosas se ven viejas. El precio hubiera estado bien con el problema de las cucarachas solucionado, un televisor más moderno y más actualizada la Villa. La piscina y la playa no están cerca, es mejor ir en carro. En las fotos no se ve esto

Very good experience. We will certainly come back.

The property is beautiful Great parking great security It was not good to have to get out of the pool to walk up and down flights of stairs to the hotel bar to get drinks, there were no servers and who wants to get our of the pool The same issue at the beach, the servers did come by "infrequently" to get a drink order, I don't want to get in and out of the ocean to go get my own drinks The hotel breakfast was very very good and service The hotel restaurants were average and not high quality in my opinion The rooms were pristine and it's very quiet and relaxing We enjoyed the hotel cocktail happy hour night and the gentlemen playing the music
