“Everything about this resort was incredible. The resort, the location, the staff, the food and the entire vibe. I had a minor emergency with my 16 year old where she needed to see a doctor or nurse at midnight and the staff was incredible and instead of calling for a taxi to take us to the hospital they sent their security person to drive us, waited for us and drove us back. I never expected that and so glad they did as I was traveling alone with my kid. Overall, I will 100% recommend this……

“The property was in a nice location where you were close enough if you wanted to walk to the restaurants and shops. Loved the hotel offered bikes to ride we definitely took advantage of this to explore a bit. Rooms were spacious, clean and updated and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool was beautiful too. Only downside was the private beach for the hotel was a bit rocky going into the water. Suggest aqua shoes.”

“The place was very convenient & close to eagle beach. Room was cute, clean, Small like I needed. However, they could of had more items available such as towels, garbage bags, fluffier pillows & extra blankets. Place was overall quiet, some of the other apartments across from our room, seemed to be abandoned or not really used, making it a bit of an eye sore. But anytime I had a question or concern, the owner responded pretty quick & was helping”

The flow of people in the lobby needs to be addressed The furniture in the rooms is severely old and outdated The Internet sucks and the cable goes in and out But the pool was nice in the atmosphere around the pool areas was very good”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
