The hotel staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The hotel could improve with their pillow selection and the morning coffee, as it doesn’t match the overall quality of the property after all we are in colombia the coffee capital of the world…. I’ve dined at the rooftop restaurant many times it’s a very over priced restaurant, but it’s disappointing that they charge extra if you ask for a little more chips or a little more sauce without telling you. The female manager has a horrible attitude also seems inattentive to guests, often spending time on her phone or watching TV instead of engaging with customers, never again

The staff is excellent. The only issue was that the person who cleaned the room didn't leave drinking water as is customary, and I needed to take some medication. I took some from the refrigerator, and they charged me for it even after I explained what happened.

I stayed at Devú Hotel for nine nights, and it exceeded my expectations. My room was beautifully designed, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. A special thank you to Mateo, the manager, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He and the entire team made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend Devú Hotel to anyone visiting Medellín and will absolutely stay here again on my next trip.

The staff was amazing! My room view ❤️ Rooftop pool WOW. Rooftop Lounge super sexy. We were treated like royalty. I would definitely return

Me gustó mucho solo que las abitaciones estaban un poco chiquitas y no tiene parqueo
