Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels. On the environmental side, this hotel provided the small disposable bodywash/shampoon as opposed to the larger refillable ones and didn't give us options to op out of daily changing of sheets and towels. Overall, the room was comfortable, the service was great. Some minor changes could really bring this stay to a "10" as rated by many users.

Overall, the hotel is excellent except that the shower does not function very well. Water pressure is low, and it takes quite a long time to have hot water after turning on the tap. Another plus side, the breakfast is delicious.

"This is a hotel in the perfect location！ I have reserved a room 5 months ago, asking a room on higher floor. I got a room on the 3rd floor. I had experiences like this before when you don’t book room directly with the hotel. The bathtub was very dirty with tub rings and hairs."
