Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Very well maintained.

They put too much emphasis on getting people to eat and drink there then they do maintaining the hotel. It has a smell to it, too many things wrong with the room, hair left behind, housekeeping doesn’t do a good job, facility has water leaks, people who lack English speaking fluent. They also took too long to serve the food, and the waitresses and waiters got the order wrong everyday. No one keeps up with the property they need deep cleaning, food is dry, they need all new staff. I could going on with all the issues but u get what I mean.

Assistants Front Desk. Our recent family stay at The Pelican Grand was wonderful overall, but our experience was marred by an unacceptable interaction during checkout. After a front-desk error resulted in our pack-and-play being mistakenly handed over to a family member along with another guest's groceries, we told the desk that they could retrieve the misplaced items. Instead of resolving the issue, the assistant responded with hostile, threatening emails and phone calls While we greatly appreciate the quality of the resort and staff otherwise, this aggressive conduct ruined the end of our trip. Guests should be treated with respect and staff should own up when they make a mistake. Very disappointed 😞.

Nous avons séjourné 7 jours au Barcelona et ce fut parfait! Ce petit hôtel est parfaitement situé : littéralement à deux pas d’Española Way, à environ 5 minutes de marche du début d’Ocean Drive et à 10 minutes de la plage. La petite cuisine et les accessoires nous ont permis de faire une épicerie et de préparer plusieurs repas nous-mêmes, ce qui nous a fait économiser beaucoup d’argent en restaurants parce qu’on va se le dire : manger à South Beach, c’est très dispendieux! Il y a l’Art Deco Market juste à côté pour les petites emplettes et, pour une vraie épicerie ou même manger un très bon repas sur place, Whole Foods Market est vraiment super. L’endroit est coquet, propre et les lits sont confortables. Le petit jardin à l’avant est parfait pour prendre tranquillement un café ou une bière. Si vous recherchez le grand luxe et les hôtels grandioses, ce n’est peut-être pas pour vous. Mais pour une escapade abordable à South Beach et comme point de départ pour visiter Miami, Little Havana, Brickell, Wynwood, le Design District, Bayside et tout le reste, c’est parfait. Le transport en commun est aussi très facile : le bus 100 vous amène directement au centre-ville, le trolley gratuit permet de se déplacer dans South Beach et les Citi Bikes sont disponibles un peu partout. Bref, excellent rapport qualité-prix, emplacement difficile à battre et exactement ce que nous recherchions. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 %!
