It’s a good 3 star hotel with nice staff in a great location.

Gorgeous hotel, amazing location, staff was attentive, but requests were forgotten a couple of times resulting in multiple calls. AC didn’t work and supposedly we had a maintenance visit scheduled but no one ever came. Oh, well. House cleaning was top-notch. Even with a few hiccups we would probably stay here again. Recommend Rivoli rooms as they are perhaps a bit more modern.

This was a very disappointing experience. A supposedly clean towel had a large coffee stain on it, and even after more than two days, the replacement towels had similar stains. The inside of the toilet was extremely dirty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned with bleach for a long time. There were also stains on the pillowcase, which the housekeeping staff failed to replace. The bathroom layout was very poorly designed. The toilet was positioned so close to the sink that it was impossible to sit normally, and we had to sit sideways. Breakfast was also badly understaffed, with only one person handling everything. When there were many guests, the wait was extremely long. The only positive point was the convenient location near the train station. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay.
