"THE STAFF were the most wonderful asset of this hotel. JEROME THE NIGHT CONCIERGE, Antonio at concierge,Danielle at the buffet and all the valet staff helping us with the heavy mobility scooter were so wonderful and made our stay so much more memorable. We thank all the people working at this beautiful property from bottom of our hearts."

Le Meridien Nice

Le Meridien Nice

8/10 Good
"Central location, big modern hotel. A staff member explicitly told us the pool closed at 1030 and when I brought my kid to swim we were told quite rudely that the pool closed at 6. The rooftop becomes a bar and restaurant after 6 and that is open until 1030. Just miscommunications but not handled with warmth or apologetically. Meanwhile, the sea was too rough to swim in (so it was not a substitute for the pool at that moment) and the rude staff in fact denied that the red flag meant that the lifeguards deemed it unsafe to swim. It was so bizarre and I felt like the focus of this hotel was not guests but perhaps the bar clientele? Sad because I wanted to love it."
