Overall good experience. Fun activities for kids and pool was good. There was construction during the day and limited options for dinner you had to walk a bit to find restaurants that were not part of other hotels. I would stay again.

Hotel was beautiful. I’m sad we only had one night there. Staff were great. The room was very nice and loved the shower. Also really thought the 7th floor lounge area was spectacular. If I come back to Portugal, I will definitely book 2-3 nights here.

Area is quiet. Room was huge, clean and really comfortable for our family. Close to high end shopping. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Supermart and supermarket nearby. Good breakfast spread at the hotel. Front desk staff are very helpful with recommendations and any tour reservations. Train stop within walking distance.
Lisbon has a LOT OF HILLS. Keep this in mind during your walking explorations and wear flat comfortable shoes. Everywhere is within a 30 min walk up and down thise hills. I would definitely stay here again.
