Very very disappointed with our stay at this hotel.
Staff at the front desk are pathetic! I had to wait for over 6 minutes for me to go upto the desk for them to acknowledge me.
Not pleasant at all.
On my birthday , no greetings from any staff member !
Food and beverage are better and a little more courteous.
Run down property and when I made bookings nothing was mentioned .
Worst experience with this Novotel property.
I should have gone back to Holiday Inn IHG property-10 times better .
Worst birthday experience
Room not was even cleaned properly- disgusting .
