The hotel is beautiful and has a privileged view and location, unfortunately the hotel is a little bit run down, service is good as the staff is very friendly but it feels like they are missing more staff and sometimes things take to long to arrive.
The only real issue I had was the food, the quality was terrible and taste was subpar. I had to return a ceviche trio because the fish was completely off, dry and smelly. On my last day I had the sopes with cecina and immediately had an upset stomach. Dinner at the star restaurant was far below my expectations also for a “renowned chef menu”

El hotel es toda una experiencia desde la llegada (llegamos en coche) nos identificaron y trataron con una experiencia personal y única.
Las instalaciones son top en México y las villas son exclusivas y de gran gusto y confort. La alberca privada, las vistas y lo que considera como sillones, hamaca, mesas son increíbles para una escapada romántica.
Todo el staff es muy amable y profesional. El buffet vale toda la pena con detalles de alta calidad y excelente sabor y servicio para culminar una experiencia de alto nivel.
Regresaré y muy pronto.
