The environment of the hotel is decent but the service is lagging behind. It happened to me that the reserved transportation was almost late for my ship and still charged me a lot (both to /from the hotel). Wont be back again.

It is the worst experience in my life and the staff is rude and not helpful. They downgraded us and pretended to upgrade us! We are totally four people and reserved a family villa, however, they offered us a two-people villa, which provide us one double bed and 2 sofa beds for four people. Although they offered us 50% off, it ruined our vacation in Fira.

订的280磅左右的私人泳池房间，给了一个100多磅的房间，后来坚持要求换房间后，才给换到原本房间，竟然说给我们升级了。洗浴用品上面看起来很不干净，像放了很久的，要了热水喝，喝到一半倒出来一只虫子

The location was not connected by bus, you could only reach there by cars or you can book for the The view was wonderful that beyond any description. You can enjoy the view anytime even when you're having breakfast. The food was tasty. The infinity swimming pool was just in front of our room. I could jump into the pool with just few seconds! And the room was perfect too. The staffs were friendly and nice. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

This was an amazing hotel, right on the caldera. The best swimming pool we saw on this side of Santorini looking out across the sea. Location was amazing, staff we super helpful, and it felt exclusive.
