巴鲁岛滑雪假期

It’s a nice hotel, the room was very comfortable with good beds and airco. There are a lot of good beds and towels on the beach all with shade. You have to realize that there is a DJ on the beach from 10 am, so very loud music the entire day. You can sit further away from the music but will still hear it. So if you come for the nature and calmness this is not your place. If you don’t mind the music it’s a great hotel, staff goes all the way for you and breakfast on the beach is amazing.

José, Damián, no los mencionó a todos porque no recuerdo sus nombres, pero todos fueron fantásticos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El lugar, la habitación, el servicio, hospitalidad, en general todo. Mis palabras no le hacen justicia al lugar. Solo puedo decir que es un 100% recomendado. Everything was great! Despite all the reviews, the food was AMAZING! The service great! The only thing i would make a note of was they have a bird named Coco and if she doesn’t like you, she’ll chase you! (First hand experience) but overall, 10/10 would recommend!!!

Loved the hotel boutique it was really cute and we had an amazing view of the city. I was delayed by two days and unfortunately I couldn’t get a refund for those two days. If I stayed at a bigger hotel I would have definitely been able to get a refund for the days missed. They give breakfast but it’s just fruit and bread, nothing cooked. Staff is nice .

El personal es absolutamente amable y disponible para el huésped. Todo te lo solucionan y te hacen sentir que no hay nada que pueda salirse de su control. Personal atento, alegre y dispuesto siempre a ayudarte .

Zimmer waren sauber. Personal war zuvorkommend. Frühstück war gut. Frühstücksraum war eher unhygienisch. Vögel "bombardieren" von allen Balken auf Personen, Tische, Teller und Sitzgelegenheiten. Innerhalb 5 min waren es 5 Mal. da vergeht einem das Essen. Hunde und Katzen überall im Essbereich. nicht was man beim Essen haben will. Mittagessen das gleiche Problem wie beim Frühstück. Abendessen waren gut weil die Vögel dann schlafen. Rauchen ist fast auf der ganzen Anlage verboten. Es waren nur 3 von 14 Zimmern belegt, keine Upgrades oder sonstige Vergünstigungen erhalten trotz Gold Status. Alles in Allem eine schöne Hotelanlage aber eher überteuert. Tagestouristen und Gruppen im Beach Club werden kommen und gehen täglich.

Air conditioner not working

Excelente ubicación, buenas instalaciones, en la recepción tanto Omar como la recepcionista fueron muy amables en todo momento.
