We have been staying at the Soleil in Miami for the past 5 to 6 years. In 2020 and 2021 the service was excellent. however something has happened in the past year, the service is very poor. I believe it’s because of new management at the top. The main problem is lack of communication between staff, which does not allow the guest to receive what they need. The Front Desk is the biggest problem. A lot of the Front Desk staff do not speak English well or don’t understand the language I believe that working in any industry in the United States requires some rudimentary English skills which the staff used to have, however unfortunately, the new staff does not this lead some massive communication, failures and poor communication between the staff and the consumer suffers one is an exception oneJuan the general manager was phenomenal. He communicated everything to me in a clear manner. The staff should learn from one the other person which was superb was the bellboy Aiden. He went above and beyond his duties to help us out the Front Desk needs to learn how to communicate in a hospitable fashion with its hotel customers the valet needs to have a basic understanding of some English. The other location that we loved at the hotel was baleen the restaurant. If people in the hotel were like Juan or Aiden or communicated in a manner like the restaurant it I will not stay at the hotel any longer as it suffered from poor enter communication between staff and poor staff management.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Had been to Ft. Lauderdale and wanted to check for a decent none night stay in Miami and found this hotel Thro Expedia . Expedia rated this high and happy that we chose this place . Nice location. 5 mins off the beach . The beach is just walkable from this hotel. Very good service . The guy in lobby was very helpful . There was a donminos pizza next door , which was very useful for kids. Amenities were decent . They had an outdoor swimming pool . Slightly smaller .. there were 2-3 families swimming and it was almost full :) washer dryer worked but it was good .. elevator was small and sometimes slow . We didn’t find a gym. No complimentary breakfast.. parking was a bit wierd and cramped ! They charged per night which was slightly expensive . The rooms were awesome ! It was good sized for the price . Also had a kitchen.. though we didn’t use the kitchen , it is very good to have , just incase . Bed was comfortable .. bathrooms were neat . Price wise I think this room was very good and value for money . Wanted to give 3 , but just for the room and pricing , I’m giving it a 4 . Good experience overall .

Very peaceful and a nice staff with a nice restaurant. I felt very safe. Good location. Would stay again. Thank you all.
