The customer service at this property is second to none. The property is beautiful and well-located to walk to all the beautiful sites. My husband could not stop raving about Marco who served him each day at breakfast, but every person there is wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Main Entry is small and hard to notice when driving on the street.

First of all, the staff was amazing very friendly and helpful. They welcome us for the free drink, which was refreshing. Second of all this is Hotel with cute and unique decor. We loved this hotel! The modern design is comfortable and well designed. The town is lovely and a 20 minute walk with park trails. Restaurant and breakfast are very good as well.

We had a wonderful time in Kranjska Gora and in particular in Garni Hotel Miklic. A literal slice of heaven. Sadly we were only passing through on our way to a wedding in Italy, but after the way we were treated at this place, we are currently planning a full vacation here. Everything was fabulous -- like a fairytale. The rooms, the food, the staff, the property, it was all flawless. I'm so glad we decided to spend a little bit extra to experience staying in this castle property.

The best. Traveling with 2 friends for the last 30 years over much of the world, I would rank this one of the most delightful small hotels. Lovely third floor suite overlooking Lake Bled complete with the perfect castle highlighted by a rainbow. Staff was young and professional while maintaining a warm sense of humor. Wonderful property close to the old city center. Right on was excellent in all ways.

Very good. Enjoyed our quick stay in the hotel’s traditional rooms. Breakfast was amazing and delish. Loved the white chandelier ballroom. Did not have time to use the spa. Instead we walked to Piran and enjoyed the beautiful Adriatic views with the alps on the horizon.

Great location in a recently opened hotel. Awesome location steps away from the old city. Beware that you will be charged for more than two people in the room even though it has a separate sleep sofa.

We absolutely loved our stay. Adam was so welcoming and gave a great dinner recommendation. Our rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was safe and convenient. Our favorite part was breakfast! Truly a great place to stay. Highly recommend!!
