Weekend getaways in Staten Island

Even with a global power outage, the staff were friendly and helpful. This had to be a nightmare for them and they smiled through it and did everything they could to help their many customers. The situation did cause some unavoidable delays, but I truly commend the staff and their management on how well they handled it. I really enjoyed my stay. It was nice peaceful and quiet and the room was cozy and perfect. I would visit here again I like how it’s away from everything else but then a 10 min drive away to the mall and other nice stores. Thank you

Great hotel, rooms were a little small but very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast had a great selection, one of the better ones I have experienced. There was a free shuttle to and from the hotel to the Staten Island Ferry, which was an added bonus. If your looking for a place to stay that is outside the city I would definitely reccomned this one! Price isn't bad for what you get, I will definitely be returning to this hotel if I'm ever in NYC area!...

Excellent staff, very polite, accommodating and welcoming. Its minutes walk away from Times Square. Everything is near by. I love staying here. Always my go to hotel. Thanks

My teenage grandson and I shared the room It was simple and small and just what we needed. I enjoyed connecting with other travelers and returning to this charming neighborhood every night after a big day of exploring New York City.

Nakita at the front desk was very helpful, polite, courteous and GREAT customer Service And made our stay wonderful. Definitely will be back again.

Very new interior. A good deal compared with other hotels in the area. Nice midtown location. Nearby subway and bus. Nice little cafe inside hotel (and bar in late afternoon and evening. Rooms while not large are big enough and larger than many hotels.

We are here a couple times a month for almost two years now , the staff is the main reason , property is great , neighborhood is great .
