What a WONDERFUL JEWEL! Truly one of the neater places I have stayed! CLEAN, STAFF DID NOT CARE I WAS A HILLBILLY AT A DEMOLITION DERBY(LOL) THEY WERE FANTASTIC! Great room, great amenities, highly recommend always! Stay here and you will be happy you did!

This is in a quiet location. We have stayed here multiple times. It never disappoints.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on a roadtrip. It was well located, close to restaurants and attractions in Lawrence. The room and bed were very comfortable. Parking was convenient and free. The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had. We will stay here again.

Parking was plentiful, hotel lobby was clean and modern, customer service was excellent at checkin and the suite was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Overall good stay. One piece of feedback, at checkin I wanted to confirm the hotel was pet friendly and was told there was a $75 non-refundable fee for my fur baby. This was no where mentioned on the listing on hotel.com. With the added cost, I would NOT have selected this hotel.

Absolutely the best place to stay! Impeccable cleanliness, friendly staff, super breakfast. Located on the edge of town (interstate accessible), nice walking area for your pets, ATM available, in house bar, reasonable price.

The beds are excellent. I had the best nights sleep in years here. The comfy bed and AC control made it for me. Specifically, the AC wasn’t set up to blast cold air at you but controlled the room temperature. The room was quiet and well set up. The staff very helpful. The breakfast was adequate.

Big hotel but well maintained

Room was clean, bed is comfortable and the breakfast area was clean with fresh breakfast food.

Been traveling through all 50 states this year and trying to focus on visiting small towns and Lawrence was my selection for Kansas. Had a great day and the staff was very pleasant. Special thank you to Amy for recommending a few places to visit and where to eat while I was in this cute little town! Great location up on the hill right near the campus.

Only spent one night but everything was very nice.

Smoke free! Super staff and clean rooms. Loved the sauna! Will stay here next time we're in Topeka!

We loved our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool area was lovely, and the staff fabulously helpful. I will say that the shower in our room was a little weird and not the most comfortable, but it was a minor blip in an otherwise delightful stay. They also stand by their pet friendly designation!!

They gave us fresh hot cookies at check in, the room was clean and fresh and the pool was amazing!
