Nice staff , a la carte restaurant team ( waiters super nice ) reception very helpful , great big rooms , boutique shop has cool stuff. Would defiantly come back .

A retro gem among high end hotels. The Sea View is a lovely throw back to the classic 50's. It may not have all the bells and whistles of its neighbors, but what it has is just right for a beach vacation. It's staff are friendly and accommodating. The pool was wonderful and I found the food was better than some of the pricey restaurants in the Bal Harbor Mall. I was so extremely pleased. Great staff, Great price, AMAZING room, privacy. I really enjoyed this quaint boutique hotel. I fell in love with it the second I walked into the room. Didn't get the Harbor View I selected during booking, but I loved it!

Food excellent

We are a family traveling. I’d say we will not return with kids. It’s family friendly in the sense that there are other kids there but the resort overall is really not designed for families. My husband -who is athletic and 42 years of age - fell in the shallow end of the pool because the bottom of the pool was extremely slippery. He did get hurt. Beautiful art deco hotel and property in the heart of the action. The lobby area had cozy seating along with the open air restaurant seating next to the charming pool area. Staff were very attentive and fun. Highly recommend this property.

The check-in process was easy and the room was very nice. Giovanni was extremely helpful and gave us the name of a restaurant to try out. Casa Juan’s was very good and a close walk from the hotel.

We had an issue with uncomfortable mattress. They IMMEDIATELY brought in a new one!! People wonderful, great value for this!! We've stayed at May-Dee Suites many time and wonderful each time.

I had a fantastic stay at Sole. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Excellent hotel

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Loved that there’s a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Also enjoyed the no pet policy as well. Very smooth check in process, will definitely be booking again.

the hotel was very clean and so was our room. it was very quiet in the room . the location of the hotel is excellent close to many restaurante and shops within 1-10 mins walk. the staff was wonderful too ! excellent stay!!!
