Stayed there twice for a weekend get away loved every moment of it

So much to love about this place! This was our first trip to see NYC and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay just outside of the city. Take the NJ 158 bus right on in to Times Square. Take the same bus back and drops off right in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and a great option for families with a separate living area that includes a full size fridge and kitchen area. Very clean hotel. The rooms with water view have a great view of the NYC skyline and the Hudson river. There is a paved walkway along the waterfront that is handicapped accessible right next to the hotel. The hotel is walkable to a few restaurants and grocery stores. The breakfast is limited, but available daily. Coffee available 24 hours. I would stay there again.

I'm a regular at Pod 39 when I come to NYC by myself. It's very minimalist and if I was planning to spend more time in my room, I'd go elsewhere, but exactly what I need when I'm in the city to see shows and check out some exhibitions. Always clean and my room is always ready when I arrive (which has not been my experience at other NYC hotels).

Great location! Great restaurants nearby! Comfortable beds. It would have been nice though if a little birthday card or something was put in my room! Other than that you cannot go wrong staying here and I’m planning to again!

I was on the sixth floor and the room was extremely quiet, unusual for New York, rather spacious and yet on this particular night, relatively inexpensive for such a perfect location in New York. Don’t miss the Red Farm restaurant around the corner… worth trying even if a bit noisy. My main criticism of the hotel is actually the coffee bar and pastries for breakfast, which are too sweet and caloric for me, and limited to drip coffee if you want to use their free breakfast card. The only problem I had was the staff complained when I brought Dunkin Donuts coffee from across the street into the lobby. I’m sorry but when I’m spending $4,000 for a trip I feel like I can get my coffee from anywhere I please They kept saying no outside food or drink

Loved everything about our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful as were their two security/doormen. Hotel was nice, room was clean and spacious for our family of 6, beds were very comfortable, and it was located in a very good location. Subway and restaurants were within walking distance, area is busy day and night but we slept without any disturbances. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay here!

This is a well maintained property in a safe walkable part of Midtown East. I would def stay here again (I'm tri-state and travel to the city often). One note for non-tech folks, there are no room keys, it's all done on your phone through an app. I've stay at hotels where this was an option, but for this hotel it is the only option. The room was large and clean and quiet. we slept so well.

Very new interior. A good deal compared with other hotels in the area. Nice midtown location. Nearby subway and bus. Nice little cafe inside hotel (and bar in late afternoon and evening. Rooms while not large are big enough and larger than many hotels.

The check in time should be the first announcement when someone is picking this hotel, but they did help me out in getting in by 12:30 instead of 3pm so thank you guys. The breakfast is pretty pricy but it’s healthy and hot so it’s worth it. The food in after hours is great and the bar is kind and friendly. 5 stars guys
