The front desk staff all along our stay were very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean. We loved the amenities in the shower such as the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The Fairfield Inn in Cottonwood is the perfect stay for a Brighton or Alta ski trip! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and we loved all the cozy touches added throughout the hotel. Huge plus that they have an indoor pool and hot tub for relaxing apres ski!

We stayed here for the first time since our other usual places were sold out. When I went to check in there were four people talking at the front counter. They just kept talking to each other rather than helping a customer. I had to wait and asked if someone could help me check in. One of the people who seemed to be more in charge said to the rest of the people to check me in. No one moved and they continued to talk amongst themselves and even the in charge person ignored me. Location was exceptional. Parking garage fees were reasonable. Room was incredibly clean, beds /pillows significantly better than most hotels.

Very quiet location even with the waterpark in walking distance! Breakfast was amazing (loved the waffle bar and eggs) and the room was even better with shower jets near the shower nozzle that created extra steam! Bed was comfy but pillows were too soft (probably a me issue). If we plan to stay in Draper again we will keep this location in mind!

Beautiful hotel. Keep in mind parking will cost you at least $24 a night. It’s not included in the stay. The room was really big, and we loved that they had an adult only hour at the pool.
