Our family stayed at this property for 3 nights and we loved it. We were greet and checked-in by a loving slim young man. Over all Staff was great, always smiling,friendly and respectful. big shout to the housekeepers for the huge work they do on a daily basis at the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again .

Very easy checkin checkout. The personal is very nice and friendly. I asked them about the attractions and area. They recommended a boat tour in the lake and he showed me a nice route for walking. The room was a junior suite with a kitchen, it was clean and comfortable with a small patio. The location is excellent for dining, coffee and walking. I would stay at the hotel again if I travel to the area again.

This hotel was the most serene and tranquil experience ever had. It felt like we had the hotel all to ourselves as there are only 17 rooms, and our bungalow was over the water with direct access to the lagoon from our back door. This was a dream, we will definitely plan to be back!

Incredible property with lovely view of the bay, crazy good service and staff. Not a thing I would change and amenities that of a place three times the price.

If you are in Bacalar this is a must stay. Best beach on the lake is located here where it's one of the few spots with a sandy walk in beach, impressive water color, and cool pier. It is a small property with only 4 cabins so very peaceful and relaxing. Cabins were very modern with great AC. It is a short drive to the center of town, definitely recommend a car if you are staying. Staff was very helpful with coordinating restaurant deliveries if you don't feel like leaving. Great place to stay.

Serene, beautiful property with a great lagoon view. Super easy parking and secure entrance. We stayed in two room types and thought both were excellent (lagoon view suite, and partial lagoon view room). The overall vibe was nice with chill electronic music playing and waiters roaming to make sure you had all you needed, the food an drinks were excellent (ate multiple meals during our stay). Only critique would be that the lounge chairs facing the lagoon are limited in number, and other guests...

Beautiful hotel on the lagoon. Close walk to downtown and great food next door!! Everyone was friendly and the rooms are very comfortable and lovely. We enjoyed our stay !

I highly recommend this hotel! It is beautiful! The staff including Kenia, Rigoberto, Domingo and everyone else were wonderful! Great food, pool and rooms! Private access to the lagoon! Very close to many things and taxis are easy to come by to get around! I look forward to coming back here one day! David

New construction hotel so it feels modern and clean. AC unit in room is so nice to escape from the tropical heat of the day. Pool is refreshing, though on the smaller side. Great location to walk to various places throughout Bacalar. Highly recommended to rent a bike to get around much faster.
