Nice Hotel

The room was clean and fresh. The bed linens were crisp and clean. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, iron, flat screen tv, and hair dryer. Complimentary bottled water, coffee, fruit and pastries are provided in the main office in the morning. The hotel staff was friendly, even going so far as to remember and address me by my name when greeting me in the morning. Exceptional hotel. Primarily, the staff was professional and courteous with personality. Ricky was outstanding at check-in, Giselle was enjoyable at the wine bar, and Kevin was kind at check-out. The room was quiet and very well designed. Little details in the design were smart and made it super comfortable. Love the blackout shades and the shade in the “window” of the bathroom. Great service and great breakfast!

My stay was fantastic. The only negative thing I experienced was that they removed the US flag from its place of honor at the peak of their hotel in order to fly a pride flag in its place. As a veteran whos friends gave their lives for the US and whos coffins were draped with that flag, this was intolerable. There were plenty other places they could and did fly the pride flag. It should never fly in lieu of the Stars and Stripes.

It was a bare bones facility, which is all we needed, clean and convenient to folks we were visiting, with a great cafe across the street. Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. An extra blanket would have been nice, as opposed to having to turn up the heat, but we were plenty warm in the cool and rainy weather.

Host Alexis went above and beyond to assist us with our stay. She was awesome!

Lovely hotel and a great location.

The hotel has been completely renovated and is tastefully decorated, cozy, with ample parking, and a g family running it are very lovely people.

The emblem is a true gem. the staff from the moment we walked in until the moment we left were exceptional, friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable, and we loved all of the creative touches if you are looking for comfort, fun and inspiration stay here.

The property was great except for an unexpected $15 parking charge

I love how close this hotel is to the airport. Great food nearby, the staff is great, and a good value

Extremely quiet and comfortable rooms. Located off fwy but couldn't hear any noise from inside the room. Very spacious and perfect for a grown family. The only thing that was needed was a real queen or king bed instead of full size beds. Rooms have ample room to accommodate those sizes.

I would stay their again great service and it’s was a very relaxing atmosphere

Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very accommodating as we arrived a couple hours before check in and they were able to get us a room rather quickly. We were okay if they were not able to but I appreciate they were able to make the effort.

Very nice hotel right next to the Amtrak station. We took the train so location was perfect. However, you will hear trains running day and night. Very clean room, comfortable bed, great shower. Fridge and microwave. Great breakfast buffet. Walk to wonderful food court place with many options.
