Upon arrival, the employee on duty was AWESOME. I did not get his name but was courteous, genuine, and inviting. I hope Hilton researches this employee and recognizes his skills and actions. As for the room and property, there are no complaints. Everything was perfect, to include breakfast, fitness center, and cleanliness. Will definitely come back!

all good

Staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and fast to check us in. The room was extremely nice and very clean. The bed was stupendous not much of view but the all the amenities were well worth it.

I stay in las cruces often for work and jump around most hotels just to change things up. This is by far the best one, so far, i have stayed at. Its a bit pricey but its worth it. The room was spacious, VERY clean..i mean it didnt seem like anything was missed. It was not outdated or even have a crack in the tile. My bath tub was a huge whirlpool tub that could fit 2 people easily. It was so nice to use after a long day at work. Ive stayed at other hilton properties in town and they didnt...

I've stayed there a few times. It's always nice and with a lot of attention to detail. I love the onsite dining. They could improve things even more with a dedicated bellman and maybe even valet parking

We had a really nice stay. It was very busy. I had to request another room key and I was very concerned that the front desk representative didn’t even ask for my name, much less a photo ID before giving me another room key. Considering how many people was there, it just didn’t seem safe. You don’t have to post my concern, just please ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Service dog barked all night. Not Fairfield’s fault just an aggravation.

Beds very comfortable and breakfast was fantastic

Hotel was great.

My first room had a dog odor. My rooms was changed and it smell very fresh. Other than that I had a very Good stay. I really don’t think dogs should be allowed in hotels. Some people are allergic to animals.

This was a great overnight stay for my family of three where we could save money by making our own food and keeping our road trip food refrigerated. Will stay again if ever in Las Cruces.

It is an older building, but I liked the faceted that it was very clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was very helpful.

Nice clean rooms!

Well kept Marriott hotel. Had good towels. Room was clean and well appointed. Mattress could be changed. It was well used with deep dips on both sides of the king bed. Kitchen manager on Thursday morning was very helpful and responsive. I will stay at this property again.

Absolutely wonderful

Staff was very helpful and delightful. I really enjoyed staying at this establishment.

Not a good area. The hotel is very clean. The most comfortable bed!!! Wish I could take it home.
