Staff was Great and Property was clean

Staff went out of their way to make sure that we had a handicap accessible room, with a refrigerator for our diabetic medicine.

The beds were new, thick modern bedding, so thick that my mother in law needed a foot stool to get in & out of the bed in her room.

I was there for a funeral. It snowed about six inches between Friday night and Saturday morning. When I went to try to clean my car off, a very nice gentleman helped me. Actually, he cleaned my car off! Everyone there was very helpful, from the staff to the other guests. It was right off the highway and convenient for all my needs. I would recommend this motel to others.

This place is brand new and beautiful. The staff and owners were super welcoming and made my boring, Wednesday night stay feel like an event to celebrate. The room was extremely comfortable and there's a wooded area in the back with swings and chairs for relaxing. There are sidewalks and a few dining options in walking distance, as well as a park and multi-use path into a natural area. I recommend Tall Oaks wholeheartedly.

The workout facility was very nice. The store in the lobby was well stocked. The Bistro was very nice and had family friendly prices.

This was a great two night stay in a themed "Pirate" room. The Inn is conveniently located in wine country. Southing music was playing in the room on a Kindle upon arrival and two coffee mugs etched with the Inn's logo were ours to keep. Our room was clean and relaxing. The breakfast was gourmet served in he kitchen while seated at the island. Goats, ducks, and kitties are on the property to see. We will return and recommend to others.

Beautifully appointed mansion in the heart of Case Western Reserve, virtually next door to the art museum and botanical gardens. A fine french restaurant, Albatross, is 100 yards away. Rooms are clean and very quiet; good breakfast included.

Chrissy, Hannah and Jared went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were good size. Only complaint would be to have a hook by the bathtub to hang a towel. Enjoyed our stay very much. There was 12 of us traveling together. Great experience and great "free" breakfast!

STAFF, Rooms & FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!! Everyone had a wonderful positive attitude and always SMILING! Our hockey team from Buffalo was raving about the great people that work at this hotel!!!
