Went with my wife to Mahali Mzuri to celebrate our honeymoon. From the very beginning everything was wonderful. Hotel staff (special mention to Dixon, Anna and Bob) always made sure everything was perfect. The facilities and rooms of the hotel are unbelievable, same as the location where we were able to see lions, giraffes, zebras from our room! Thank you!

This is BY FAR the best hotel in Eldoret. It is expensive by Eldoret standards, but we’ll worth it in EVERY respect.

A wonderful boutique hotel, in the heart of Mombasa. This place is pristine: Room, restaurant, and all other amenites. All i know is that when in Mombasa, Premium Inn will be my first Choice. We cannot say enough about our stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has every amenity you can ask for-- excellent restaurants, night club, lounge, heated pool, game room including pool/table tennis, immaculate gym, and very warm/accomodating staff. This hotel is paradise! The staff are kind, generous and available around the clock. Our safari guide Daniel was the best in Africa - he found baby lion cubs, two leopards (usually elusive), baby elephants, baby giraffes, hippos out of the water, and exotic birds - and was very knowledgeable about the land and animals. We scheduled to have a car pick us up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. My wife and I were picked up by a very friendly employee (Antony) who introduced us to his city and taught us about the area during the drive. There was quite a bit of traffic at the time we landed, so the drive to the hotel took almost an hour. Beautiful eco camp with great amenities! The food at the restaurant was great and prices were fair. It’s also a good environment for meeting other travelers, ie at meals or by the pool. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Nairobi!

A gorgeous, comfortable, perfectly situated hotel. Wonderful and friendly staff with amazing service. Restaurants on-site if you don’t feel like heading out but easy to get other restaurants if you do. The staff made sure we were well taken care of. Loved staying here and would absolutely stay again.
