I’ve never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast before, but this place makes me want to stay at more. My teenage son and I stayed here as our base for going to Zion NP and we both loved it. The room, bed, and private bathroom were all amazingly spacious and comfortable. We even had a private deck from which we could watch the sunrise peek into the canyon, as well as allow us to dry our wet items from our day in the Narrows. Nice place and nice location but really expensive. No complaints except for the price. A little overpriced, but I understand Zion National Park is a very popular park.

Amazing resort with a hidden gem of a spa! Beautiful and the best place to stay to get easy entrance to Zion. We don’t have kids but there’s lots of space for them to play, run around, as well as a pool. If it’s available - book it!

This hotel right outside of Zion National Park is fabulous. Rooms are spacious with small kitchen setups and nice views of the Virgin River and the natural wonders surrounding Zion. Great location near the park entrance and central to the heart of the town with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The best feature of this hotel is the pool area. This was our second time at the Novel House Inn. The rooms are wonderful. Themed by a famous literary author. Each one cozy and comfortable. Every amenity you could need. Location is close to many restaurants and shops. 15 minute walk to the park or you can take the free shuttle. Friendly host and staff. Highly recommend.

We loved Springdale and how easy it was to get to Zion National Park. The hotel was spacious clean and updated. The front desk was very helpful. The free breakfast at the restaurant on property was amazing and a huge benefit of choosing this hotel over the others in this area

Very professional and friendly staff. The property is been remodeled with beautiful finishes. bus station is right in front of the hotel and you can leave your car and get a 15 min ride to the park. Very clean and convenient to go to Zion without dealing with the parking situation there.

A beautiful spot! I would definitely go back. I had a room on the river side (hearing) and walking out my back patio down the water or just sitting there was so peaceful. The walk to Zion south entrance was so close! The room was very clean. The restaurant service was not all that great. I only ate there one time during my stay. So it could possibly have been better another time.

Great property and staff, lovely grounds and in a great location. The restaurant was excellent. Ellen led an outstanding Yoga class in a stunning outdoor setting with beautiful views from the platform. The couples massage was terrific. Location is right next to the park!

This was our most favorite place we stayed during our trip to all of the national parks in the SW. We loved everything about it from the comfortable rooms/beds with our own front porch, hot tub with a beautiful mountain view, location with easy access to shops and the city shuttle to quickly get to Zion entrance, and delicious breakfast included at the restaurant just 2 doors down. Sharron was wonderful to tell us everything we needed to know to make our time at Zion NP the best possible...

This was a good spot to stay for our trip to Zion National Park. The lobby was undergoing renovations when we were there, but the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time begin so close to the park.

Amazing property. So clean and comfortable. On site restaurant was so nice. Sat outside and had a wonderful dinner. Was able to leave our car at the hotel while we went to Zion National Park. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

This place is an absolute gem. Outstanding staff and facility. Traveling with a family of 5 over Thanksgiving to visit Zion Canyon. Stayed in a cabin. Loved it!!!! Would highly recommend and already have to several friends. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was quiet, clean and spacious and with a beautiful view overlooking the mountains. It is within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants, a supermarket and a rental gear shop for our walk in The Narrows.
