Nice downtown hotel close to the Georgia Aquarium!Posted Apr 17, 2014
Pros: I was impressed with the clean room with a refrigerator, caring and friendly staff, feeling of safety, and breakfast provided with helpful attendants!
Cons: A larger print detailed map with major downtown tourist destinations, Marta stations, and local history of the district/monuments would be helpful.
Location: -GA Aquarium: great destination! Spent two days there! If I had more time I would have visited Coca Cola Museum, Ferris Wheel, other walking destinat
I am new to solitary travel and I was made to feel welcome by your accommodating staff. I was very pleased with my stay and reasonable price range. I appreciated that there were so many destinations within easy walking distance which was the main reason I selected this hotel!

Okay.Posted Apr 13, 2014
The decor in the room was nice. Besides the room being tight for space, the only thing I can say was a big issue was the fact that there was bright lights outside of the room and there was no way to pull the darker shades to make the room darker at night.

Best Western at the PeachtreesPosted Apr 6, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff at the breakfast each morning!
Cons: Instructions on how to get into the parking garage.
Location: Located in downtown Atlanta, GA walking distance from the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, Phillips Arena and the Georgia Dome.
This hotel has a very nice hot breakfast with friendly staff to keep it clean and fresh! It is centrally located to the aquarium and a FREE taxi ride to Zoo Atlanta. This is our second stay at this hotel and we were not disappointed. Very reasonably priced for a downtown hotel. Comfortable and clean with secure parking located underneath the hotel.

Too much disturbancePosted Mar 24, 2014
There were people talking loudly at all odd hours of the night 2 AM, 3 AM, etc. and no one seemed to do anything about it. The walls are paper thin and all the noise comes thru. Makes it very hard to sleep. Parking is also very limited. Both nights, they had no parking for me at the hotel lot. They did compensate and provide free parking in another building in the next street.

Loud. not clean. not really a hotel but a motel with room opening to the outside and in stories.
Too noisyPosted Mar 13, 2014
The hotel itself was nice. The decor was modern and well put together. When we went to check in our room wasn't ready. We had to wait 20 minutes after check in before we got a room. Our room was pretty small for a king size bed. There was barely any room on each side. The bed was comfortable and it would do since we were only staying one night. The one thing that drove me crazy is that it was so noisy. You could hear people walking outside our room and talking and laughing almost like they were standing in our room. Also we could hear every time someone took a shower or flushed the toilet. Very very noisy.

Decent hotel if you don't need sleepPosted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: The towels were decent - much better than I expected.
Cons: I'm sure you can guess, but I'd say the customer service.
Location: Well, there isn't a drive through ATM anyway near by.
It is totally my fault, but I had no idea this hotel had outward facing doors - like doors that face the street. So throughout the night, it was great hearing the trash pickup, the cars getting towed (w/ the beep-beep-beep of a truck in reverse) and the booming stereo systems heading down the road (thanks for your music, I really am lucky to hear it!). If you need parking, make sure you do so before the wee hours of the evening. They were "full" in their parking, and then told me I could use the parking lot across the street. But they only take cash. (who carries cash anymore??) And the hotel doesn't have an ATM. And wouldn't do cash back for me. So at 1am (because the parking lot takes pay twice/day, 3am, and 3pm) I had to drive around downtown ATL looking for a drive through ATM (as I was alone, a single woman in the city). I never did find an ATM but I found a 24 hr Walgreens where I got cash back. They were kind in offering their security officer to "feed the meter" for me at 3am. Which was very kind of them and I appreciated that. Had I been asleep during the 3am hour, I would have appreciated it more. Unfortunately, I was awake most of the night because I wasn't smart enough to check the details of the hotel. Shame on me. Details matter greatly.
